Cookies are a wonderfully simple thing. Butter, sugar, eggs and flour combined in endless ways to create something very special.In the "olden days," part of that specialness came from the process of making them at home. But then we got "busy" and opted for the convenience of grocery store cookies.
I'd like to bring back the basic goodness of all-butter, hand-made cookies to our modern life. I encourage you to make them at home (and I'll have recipes in future blogs). In the meantime, you can get them from me :)
